Restoring the Strength & Appearance of Your Smile

Fillings

When you have had a small cavity removed, we provide a filing. The filling not only restores strength to the tooth, but it also helps to block out bacteria and plaque that can cause additional cavities. We offer tooth-colored fillings, which are made of a composite resin that is custom-colored to match the shade of your teeth. You no longer have to worry about noticeable silver fillings cluttering your smile!

Root Canals

When you have a tooth infection or decay that has reached the root of the tooth, we will need to perform a root canal. During this procedure, we will remove all of the infected pulp from inside of the tooth, and then thoroughly disinfect the tooth to eliminate any remaining bacteria. We understand that a root canal can induce anxiety, so we make your comfort and relaxation a priority!

CEREC Crowns

At our practice, we are proud to offer CEREC same-day crowns! Using CAD-CAM technology, our crowns are computer-designed and generated, so that you can receive your crown in just one visit. A crown is a cap that is placed over a tooth that has had a large cavity removed or that is broken. It is used to restore a tooth after a root canal, or to restore a dental implant. We custom-create your crown so that the shape and shade fit in perfectly with the rest of your smile.

Periodontal Disease Treatment

Periodontal disease is the disease of the structures surrounding the tooth, including the gums. It begins with gingivitis, and when left untreated, leads to periodontitis, which often results in tooth loss. To treat periodontitis and prevent tooth loss, we perform scaling and root planing. During this procedure, we go beneath the gumline to remove tartar, plaque, and bacteria. Then, we smooth out the tooth roots, as this allows for the gums to more firmly and securely attach themselves to the teeth. This prevents bacteria from collecting again.

Bridges

Dental bridges
A bridge is a tooth-replacement option. It is a device that consists of crowns placed on the teeth on either side of the gap, and these crowns are connected to an abutment tooth inserted into the gap. Unlike dentures, a bridge is non-removable, and it is a great option for patients who don’t have sufficient jaw bone for a dental implant.

Inlays

Inlays are restorations used for cavities that are too large for a filling but are too small for a crown. An inlay is placed inside of the ridges of the tooth and fills up the space made in the tooth by removing the cavity. It is created from either porcelain, a composite resin, or gold. Because inlays are tooth-colored, they will not be noticeable in your smile!
